Netox Ltd. has agreed to acquire the elfGROUP Cyber Security Services Ltd. The transaction supports Netox Ltd.’s strategic objectives to expand its cybersecurity business and services. With the transaction, Netox Ltd. will be able to offer wide range of services to better support the rapidly growing demand for cybersecurity expertise.

The business transaction between Netox Ltd. and elfGROUP Cybersecurity Services will enter into force on 1st of January 2022.
The parties have agreed that the value of the transaction will not be published.
