Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI

Aimed at company managers and those that decide on strategy. The aim of the workshop is to create an overview of the company’s management of the use of AI in general, as well as its use in companies in the same industry. After this, a strategy is designed, with a focus on measuring the use of AI and continuously monitoring and improving the results.

A workshop series related to information management and protection. Organisational security and protection needs, such as visibility and data-related management, are also taken into account as part of the AI services (Microsoft 365 Copilot). In Microsoft’s cloud environment, the technology to solve these challenges is known as Microsoft Purview.

The AI purview, or situational overview, is suitable for organisations that have already taken their first steps into the world of generative AI (Microsoft 365 Copilot). Through the overview, Netox analyses the organisation’s current situation, reviews successes and areas for improvement, and makes recommendations for more effective use of AI.

Through deployment, we ensure that the Copilot package is put to best use. During this phase, we handle the necessary (recommended) configurations and train our customers to manage Copilot.

We will also discuss the large language models (LLMs) for AI and how to benefit from them, as well as data security and data protection in AI tools.

Netox’s coffee breaks are aimed at end users in your organisation who already have at least a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 productivity software. Each AI coffee break lasts a maximum of 30 minutes and provides a very practical approach to the topic, showing how to apply the know-how in real situations.
