Base Service 

Fixed monthly fee: €450 / month 
The Base Service lays the foundation for managing your Azure environment and ensuring cost transparency. It is suitable for organizations that want to secure reliability and cost efficiency without constant manual effort. 

The service includes: 
– Maintenance access (Lighthouse + credentials) 
– Ability to submit service requests (8–16 / 5, NBD SLA) 
– Option for 24/7 alert response (2h SLA, add-on service) 
– FinOps: monthly proactive review 
– Automatic budget alerts per subscription or resource group 

Implementation: 
– Review or creation of environment documentation 
– Establishing maintenance access 
– Setting up budget alerts 

Best Practices Management (Posture Management) 

Fixed monthly fee: €600 / month 
This service ensures that your Azure environment is built and maintained according to best practices. The goal is to prevent issues before they impact your business. 

The service includes: 
– Deployment and integration into Netox’s service management system 
– Handling alerts and providing recommendations for change actions 
– Target response time for new alerts: 7 business days 
– Lifecycle tracking of alerts 
– Service lifecycle management (e.g. deprecated Azure products) 

Operations Service 

Fixed monthly fee based on environment size and complexity 
(S, M, L, XL – reviewed every 3 months).
The Operations Service provides continuous monitoring and response for your Azure environment. Netox monitors the agreed workloads and ensures basic server availability and security updates. 

The service includes: 
– 24/7 monitoring and response 
– Monitoring connection to Netox’s ITSM system 
– Agreed monitoring alerts and their handling 
– Backup monitoring 
– Automatic operating system security updates for servers 

Azure Network Operations Service 

Fixed monthly fee based on the environment.
This service ensures that Azure networks and connectivity function reliably in all situations. 

The service includes: 
– 24/7 monitoring of network availability and response to alerts 
– ExpressRoute and VPN Gateway solutions 
– Peering solutions 
– Publishing platforms (Traffic Manager, AFD, AGW) 
– Azure DNS Resolver 

Expert Services 

Expert services support the design and development of your Azure environment when changes, expansions, or new operating models are needed. Implementations delivered as change work or projects.

Services include, for example: 
– Governance model workshops 
– Adaptations of Microsoft CAF and Enterprise Scale models 

Azure Capacity Reselling 

Azure capacity reselling enables centralized consumption through Netox using a clear operating model. 

Includes: 
– Subscription management 
– Support services 
– Transfer of consumption to Netox
