Netox – Microsoft Partner of the Year 2025

Microsoft has recognized Netox as Partner of the Year 2025 in Finland, awarding us in the Security First category.
The award is granted to partners who have transformed their customers’ businesses and demonstrated significant impact through technology, innovation, and collaboration.

“This recognition from Microsoft is a great honor for us. It shows that our strategy works and that we are on the path to where we want to be: at the top. While others chase every new technology, we focus on one and aim to master it better than anyone else. For us, this is not only recognition of what we have achieved, but a promise of where we are heading,” says Mikko Luhtaniemi, CEO of Netox.

The recognition is based on a customer project that demonstrated what deep partnership and clear focus can achieve in practice. Netox helped a Finnish organization evolve from a single IT request to a full-scale digital transformation.

Long-term collaboration delivers results

When IT, cybersecurity, and modern work services function together, the result is a whole that simply performs better, and this project proved it.
Our unique ability to combine IT services, cybersecurity, and user-centric solutions under one roof makes us an exceptional partner. Together with Microsoft, we built a solution that integrated AI strategy, E5 Security, and 24/7 SOC services.
The results speak for themselves:

  • Secure Score above 70%, indicating a significantly strengthened security posture
  • No business disruptions since the Defender implementation
  • Copilot usage increased employee confidence and AI adoption
  • Leadership KPIs show improvements in security, efficiency, and employee satisfaction

However, we are not standing still. While we celebrate this achievement, our focus is already on what comes next.
We are now scaling this model across industries, expanding Microsoft-based 24/7 SOC services, and helping Finnish companies accelerate their AI strategies. We are also sharing our learnings within Microsoft’s partner network and preparing industry-specific AI adoption recommendations.
