Netox has been selected as the IT end-user services provider for the Helsinki Region Transport Authority (HSL). The total value of the tender is €2.2 million, covering a two-year contract period with an optional extension.

The procurement includes a comprehensive range of IT services such as user support, Microsoft 365 environment management, device lifecycle services, and SaaS license administration.

The evaluation criteria emphasized cost-effectiveness and quality, with price weighted at 80 points and quality at 20 points. Four offers were submitted, and bidders were required to have an average annual turnover of at least €5 million and professional liability insurance coverage of €3 million. Additionally, providers needed to demonstrate experience in delivering IT end-user services within the past three years.
