With the agreement, the basic and expert services of Oulun Energia Group’s information management, as well as five Oulun Energia employees, will be transferred to Netox.
The completed business transfer is part of Netox’s growth strategy and will further strengthen the company’s ability to operate as a diversified IT service provider.

In accordance with its new strategy, Oulun Energia focuses on the development of energy production, district heating and electricity transmission, as well as circular economy as a new business. Digitalisation has great significance for business development.
