With the agreement, the basic and expert services of Oulun Energia Group’s information management, as well as five Oulun Energia employees, will be transferred to Netox.
The completed business transfer is part of Netox’s growth strategy and will further strengthen the company’s ability to operate as a diversified IT service provider.
– The employees transferring from Oulun Energia will be an excellent addition to our current expertise, Netox’ CEO Mikko Luhtaniemi states.
– The entire team at Netox is ready to support the transitioning experts in this change. We’ll be offering them interesting tasks with secure IT services in a comfortable and close work community.
In accordance with its new strategy, Oulun Energia focuses on the development of energy production, district heating and electricity transmission, as well as circular economy as a new business. Digitalisation has great significance for business development.
