Netox participated in a workout challenge organized by Cor Group, combining employee wellbeing with charitable impact.

In spring 2026, Netox participated for the second time in the workout challenge organized by Cor Group, combining employee wellbeing with charitable impact. Over the course of one hundred days, minutes spent working out were converted into euros – resulting in a significant donation to support children’s and youth physical activity.

The idea behind the campaign was to encourage employees to stay active in their free time: every workout lasting more than 30 minutes and raising the heart rate contributed to the donation pot for Hope ry. The campaign ran from February 16 to May 26, 2026.

In total, an impressive 90 015 € was raised to support children’s and youth sports and activity. Participants accumulated nearly 2.9 million minutes of workouts, reflecting strong commitment to the shared goal.

At Netox, the campaign was visible in everyday life as a positive initiative that strengthened team spirit.

“It’s great to see how diverse our colleagues’ ways of staying active are! The campaign creates a positive sense of competition, colleagues actively encourage one another, and everyone follows progress with a great attitude. Working out brings energy to daily life, and this initiative clearly shows how even small actions can lead to significant impact when done together,” says Anssi Åkman, Service Director at Netox.

The workout challenge is more than just a one-off campaign. It supports workplace wellbeing and brings colleagues closer together. Even small workout efforts can grow into a substantial contribution for a good cause. The beneficiary, Hope ry, does important work to support hobby opportunities for children from low-income families.

“The need for support among families has increased, especially regarding access to hobbies. Through this donation, we can enable hundreds of children and young people to experience joy and a sense of achievement through activities,” says Eveliina Hostila, Executive Director of Hope ry.

At the heart of the campaign is the idea that wellbeing is created through action – and at its best, it can also positively impact the lives of others. For Netox, participation has been a natural way to combine supporting employee wellbeing with social responsibility.

During the hundred days, participants stayed active by walking, running, cycling, going to the gym, and engaging in many other activities. All workouts were logged on a shared platform, where participants could follow their progress and encourage others.

A shared goal made working out more meaningful – every step brought participants closer to a greater good.

The positive message of staying active and doing good will continue into the future. Netox is happy to participate in similar initiatives going forward – both to support employee wellbeing and to create broader societal impact.
