Netox IT Customer Support provides assistance with questions related to IT services and IT purchases, and guides end-users in using the services. Customer support manages the customer interface following the one-point principle, and all service requests are recorded in the case management system. The customer who made the service request is informed about the progress of the case via email.

In case of a problem, we ask users to contact the Netox service desk directly so that the issue can be immediately addressed. Primarily, we serve through remote management within the response time. Situations requiring on-site support are defined when the support request is made.
